Yes. All of our tours require a reservation.

Cycle Party offers trip insurance, which will allow you to cancel your upcoming tour for any reason up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Trip insurance will also allow you to receive a full refund in the event of a Severe Weather Warning from the National Weather Service during the time of your scheduled tour. Without trip insurance, there are no refunds given for any reason. However you may receive a credit to reschedule your tour for a future date in the event of a cancellation due to a Severe Weather Warning from the National Weather Service. Further, you may reschedule your future tour under some circumstances if you give us a call at least a week before your scheduled tour.

Cycle Party runs rain or shine, please dress for the weather. Please note we have an over sized roof cover protecting you. If severe weather does occur, Cycle Party reserves the right to offer a future credit. We are not able to offer a credit if the tour has already started.

Our drivers work hard to make your experience one to remember and greatly appreciate tips. 20% is customary for private tours. Automatic gratuity is added for corporate functions and multiple bike tours.

Tipping is customary. Our awesome tour guide’s work very hard to make sure you have a great time on your tour and tips are greatly appreciated. Our services are treated much like the restaurant industry where 20% is customary, but, it is up to you to decide how much to tip. If you leave with a smile, make sure they do too! Tax is not added to any of our tours.

We require full payment on any Social and Private tours booked within 30 days. Any Private tours booked more than 30 days in advance can reserve with a 50% deposit and then remaining balance due at check-in.

30-minutes prior to your reservation time to allow us to check-in, sign waivers and get set up on the bike. All tours leave promptly at the scheduled tour time. If you know you may be late, please call us and you will be given proper instructions by a staff member.

No. Per city regulations glass is not allowed outside of any of the bars/restaurants nor on the bike at any time. All drinks must be poured into a plastic cup before boarding a Cycle Party bike. Absolutely no glass at any time.

All our routes start and end from the same location. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to tour start time to check-in.

No worries! There are only 10 seats that pedal. 5 seats get to lounge.

Absolutely! All decorations must be socially appropriate. Please show up 30 minutes prior the tour start time so that you have enough time to get the bike dressed up.

The Cycle Party is a 15- person pedal powered party on four wheels! A trained company pilot steers and operates the brakes, lights and direction signals. The Cycle Party group bike is 16 1/2 feet long, 8 feet wide and 8 1/2 feet high, and seats 15 Party Guests around a center table under a rooftop. If you are booked on a Social Pub Crawl, all guests must be at least 21 years of age. If you are booked on a Private Pub Crawl, please call us to confirm.

Absolutely! We have a stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity, so bring your own playlist OR your guide will provide a great playlist for you. All music MUST be socially appropriate. On Social tours, our guides will control the playlist in order to accommodate all guests.

A trained Cycle Party Guide; music, silliness, fun and games!

It’s called Cycle Party for a reason! Thousands of others have conquered our routes on these bikes so we know you can do it too! BUT – some of our bikes have electric assist in order to help your group pedal along. But we can not guarantee that you will get one of those bikes.

It is no more dangerous than riding a regular bicycle. With that said, all guests ride at their own risk and will be required to complete a liability waiver ahead of time. We do not provide paper liability waivers (to avoid paper) so please refer to your confirmation email for the link to our digital liability waiver. Please do not print your waiver.

We do not serve or sell alcohol on our bikes. Our tours are set up to stop at 3-5 top local bars and restaurants. We do allow pre-packaged canned items to be brought on the bike. No glass, no hard liquor, no pre-mixed drinks.

This is entirely up to you and we suggest checking with your doctor first if you plan on pedaling. But we can always accommodate you on the back bench and you can make everybody else do the pedaling.

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Please avoid flip-flops or any shoes that may fall off. Stick to tennis shoes or sandals with straps. Think of what you would wear if you were riding a bike…But we can’t stop you if you show up wearing high-heels, just be ready to pedal!

Yourself, an ID, your party attire and ice (if you are bringing cans)! We supply everything else. You are also welcome to bring a socially appropriate playlist if you are on a Private tour and decorations for the bike.

You can’t bring your own pre-mixed alcohol, glass or bottles of liquor and we’d really appreciate it if you don’t bring socially inappropriate music.

It’s easy to rent multiple party bikes – contact us directly for more information. Multiple bike reservations are available for private parties only. An automatic 10% gratuity is added to reservations of more than 1 bike. We require full payment up front for multi-bike tours.

Book on our Social Pub Crawl by-the-seat! A minimum of 6 guests combined are required to run the tour. We will contact you if your tour does not meet the minimum requirement and you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

There are multiple paid lots near each of our South Florida locations, as well as street parking. Cycle Party does not provide parking. Please plan ahead if transportation is needed. We suggest taking a Lyft or Uber.
